Our client International Mining Company is looking for Office Manager. Responsibilities : Daily work including planning, monitoring, appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
Perform day-to-day administrative support duties - responsible for all office supplies contracts; Check Company corporate cell phone expenses.
Prepare reports and maintain registers. Check invoices from cell phone providers and work with providers on any queries / issues raised.
Check invoices before submitting them to management approval; Check Company expenses for taxi services. Prepare reports and maintain registers.
Check invoices from taxi services vendors and work with them on any queries / issues raised. Check invoices before submitting them to management approval;
Prepare different kinds of administrative-related reports as requested by management; Update mail / phone directories and communicate on a timely basis to all Company employees;
Maintain register of all Administrative Contracts. Participate in meetings with vendors as required by management on discussion of contracts.
Requirements : Higher education; 3+ years of administrative experience / office management support experience with increasing levels of responsibility in international project environment;
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office; Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures;
English level Upper-Intermediate+. Conditions : Salary upon interview results; Medical Insurance; Location Moscow.
