If you have a passion to lead a team, run a business that generates millions of sales and aspire to build an amazing global career, apply for our store manager job Key responsibilities : Your main mission will be to plan, manage and oversee all aspects of store operation in order to accomplish responsibility of customer satisfaction, staff development and to achieve sales and profit targets in your store, supporting Store Manager and covering his / her duties while absence.

In order to achieve this mission, your key responsibilities will focus on : Sales / Profit management Analyse sales and investigate results in order to produce relevant action plans for your store, in order to maximize its profitability Take control of stock to maximise sales and profit People management Recruit, train, develop, motivate and evaluate your team members Elaborate monthly, weekly and daily work schedules according to business needs Identify job vacancies and recruit to required standards within timescales Customer Service experience Foster a strong customer service culture Actively seek and encourage customer feedback and act on feedback received Ensure that high standards of customer service are consistently delivered in store Stock management Oversee stock counts and stock takes on a regular basis, investigating losses and taking remedial action where necessary Requirements : 1 years of relevant management experience in international fashion retail, including department management of big teams and high volume sales in large stores Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Higher education Fluent English (upper-

intermediate and above) Proficient user of Microsoft Office Good knowledge of 1C system, cash operations reports and requirements, labour and trade legislation Excelent communication and analytical skills Passion about customer service, flexibility and adaptability, ability to embrace company culture and values Cross cultural sensitivity, ability to lead the team with a positive, professional attitude Mobility, readiness to travel and relocate We offer : Competitive salary Performance-
