Providing assistance to the staff to ensure the most expedient methods of reporting suspected or confirmed cyber fraud activities Maintaining an expert knowledge of online fraud techniques and tactics Maintaining strong knowledge of the fraud management tools Responding to management requests for assistance in resolving cyber fraud events Maintaining reports of fraud alert volumes and selecting transaction details to analyze trends and determine future requirements Researching, revising and maintaining educational materials for staff regarding the cyber fraud capabilities and procedures Developing new reporting, alerting mechanisms or methods / algorithms to assist with reducing fraud losses Ensure effective score and rule performance management for fraud detection tools ensuring optimal False Positive rates and Key Performance Indicators such as alert volume SLAs, Victims of fraud, Fraud Losses are set and achieved.
Production of the design, development and deployment of analysis and monitoring to prevent and detect fraud, responding to emerging trends and attack.
Identify, monitor, escalate and respond to emerging fraud trends in MO, attack profile, customer profile. Provision of fraud systems / data Subject-
matter-expertise in the evaluation and development of new fraud systems / tools and their implementation. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS.
High education 2 years of work experience with the similar functional System mindset, communicative and presentation skills Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Power Point Advanced English (written skills mostly) Experience with web browsers including working understanding of cookies is required Experience with basic Internet networking concepts including IP Addresses and DNS is required Experience with Windows Operating Systems is required Experience with mobile and desktop malware concepts is preferred Experience in basic scripting or basic code development (eg : shell, java, ruby) is preferred Experience in IT Management best practice including Problem, Incident and Change Management
