channel integration3) Identify, analyze and disseminate key learnings and best market practices on adult smoker lead acquisition and conversion4) Collaborate with Areas in experimenting and testing of new mechanics and tools, and ensure that IQOS Coaches toolboxes are relevant for Areas specifics and needs 5) Increase Coaches channel efficiency from a business and technical standpoint, in close collaboration with digital and marketing teams6) Measure, monitors, analyze effectiveness of activities and achieved results versus established targets as well as provide actionable insights on the impact of strategies, toolboxes and in-
market deployment7) Work closely with commercial capability team, drive the development and deployment of an end-to-end training and onboarding strategy, including content, channels, tools and processes8) Ensure cost efficiency of all initiatives to minimize cost per new users’ acquisition and maximize return of investments9) Coordinate and collaborate with PMI OC and Region re global guidelines and other markets.
