Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate needs of institutional and corporate clients and potential clients to promote them brokerage products and services such as :
  • Securities market (stocks, bonds, fund units)
  • Money Market (repo in government securities and money market instruments, and repo in stocks and bonds)
  • FX Market (foreign currencies)
  • Derivatives Market (futures and options)
  • OTC Market
  • Initiation of new products, preparing and maintaining project, monitoring overall progress, initiating corrective action where necessary
  • Cross-sell of asset management products, including fixed income strategies, mutual funds, programs for top management of public companies etc.
  • Long-lasting negotiations with clients during the signing of contracts, documents and other clients’ questions and after that
  • Clients consultations on questions related to trading and non-trading operations
  • Develop and maintain a strong and extensive client network, able to exploit new business opportunities for VTB Capital Broker and clients
  • Key Competencies & Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Relevant fundamental knowledge
  • Strong analytical / financial skills
  • The advantage is strong knowledge of trading, liquidity management
  • Strong knowledge of brokerage and asset management business and needs of corporate and institutional clients
  • Knowledge of the legal framework of institutional clients (Pension funds, insurance companies, management companies)
  • Understanding of Treasury functionality of corporate clients
  • Intermediate English (Most of clients are Russian institutional and corporate clients without special requirements of foreign languages)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be a good team player
  • Strong risk management skills as well as be able to work in a multi-task environment
