Organization of external training for company employees - interaction with employees and providers
Document management of training processes (entering documents into the internal electronic system, generating advance reports, maintaining a database of documents and certificates, etc.)
Keeping records of employee training
Management of Orange Learning's internal distance learning system
Interaction with the global T&D team
Participation in internal HR projects
Experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company
MS Excel, Power Point- advanced level
Attentiveness to details and to work with numbers and data
Responsibility and ability to independently conduct training projects
Upper-intermediate English level
