ASICS invites a Customer Service Trainee to join our care-giver brand and start your career at International Sports Company! Responsibilities :
Control on returnable documents from customers (waybills, invoices) Support audit with providing documentation per request Scanning agreements, declarations and other documentation Process customer orders and follow up on their status Make arrangements for shipping and delivery and follow up on their status Provide customer support through the telephone, answering customer calls & emails Supporting logistics with certification process Tracing of shipments arrival and interrelation of needed information to commodity groups Managing shipments to office (employee, marketing) Other tasks and interesting projects
Knowledge and Experience :
Incomplete / Bachelor or Master degree in Logistic, analytics or economics Strong analytical skills, profficient Excel user Proactive, client-oriented and can-do approach Passion for sport will be an advantage! Proficient English language knowledge, written and spoken.
Temporary contract - 9 months
