Summary Description :
To develop the CL presence in the key pharmacy chains and bring about Philips sales growth.
Represent Philips and provide efficient collaboration with pharmacy chains related to marketing.
Achieve the goals on the assigned pharmacy chains (according to the plan confirmed by the Sales Director).
Key Areas of responsibility :
Develop and maintain effective working collaboration with key Pharmacy Chains Philips Partners to meet the Company plan.
Organize systematic work with pharmacy chains on marketing agreements and control pharmacy chains’ commitments fulfillment.
Ensure efficient implementation of common marketing programs on Philips products promotions in assigned pharmacy chains according to agreed plan.
Monthly evaluate collaboration efficiency and report on common work for its further discussion with Philips and pharmacy chains’ designated staff
Work out ways to develop assortment promoted in the chain and coordinate its expansion.
Create budget for work with pharmacy chains, forecast potential growth of assigned pharmacy chains.
Ensure high quality reporting preparation on marketing agreements according to legal requirements and Philips standards.
Develop sales development strategy for respective product categories and fulfill collaboration plan with pharmacy chains.
Create optimized portfolio of respective product categories for each customer; ensure constant respective products availability on stock and on the shelves in retail outlets, RRP monitoring.
Participate in development, ensure implementation of agreed marketing, and trade marketing activities in close cooperation with customers in order to increase sales to the end user.
Increase Philips products and brand visibility by means of extra promo materials, optimization of display and shelf space;
ensure fast and efficient promo materials delivery.
Ensure regular visits to key accounts’ point of sales by field force, control their activities and timeliness of reporting, analyze reporting;
conduct visits to clients’ stores on a regular basis (minimum 6 hours per week).
Develop and set targets to field force team on respective product categories.
Take part in organizing or give trainings on products to clients’ floor staff.
Develop, update and maintain customers’ database; collect available market information about customers and competitors activities and plans;
provide standard reports on a regular basis adhering to deadlines.
Undertake other responsibilities and tasks related to the business interests of the Company.
Education & Experience :
Higher Education, pharmaceutical preferably
Sales experience at similar position 2+ years on KAM role in Pharma Channel
The position requires regular business traveling (including using of cars) to fulfil the job responsibilities specified in this document
The level of English is not lower than intermediate
The position requires the use of corporate mobile communication to fulfill their job responsibilities
