JOB PURPOSE The Marketing coordinator is in charge to assist the marketing department and follow up the implementation of the operational marketing plan, in compliance with the brands’ image.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing department’s activities;
Implement, control and put into place marketing plans according to brand objectives; Track international marketing site for updates on new product launches, new advertising, seasonable changes and prepare internal newsletters;
Prepare new product presentations and launch reports (for internal and external use); Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-
financial information; Organizing and hosting presentations for customers and other Marketing visits; Support in organizing Marketing events and activities;
Translates new launches leaflets, brochures, web-site updates, other marketing materials in accordance with Marketing calendar and Market needs;
Printed materials and consumer literature productions; Preparing full package of information about novelties for customers and e-
shops; Monitor marketing trends, competitor’s activities, prepare monthly reports; Coordinate with EMEA, SR logistic and suppliers on new launches arriving, both for POSM and saleable products, etc.
Document circulation : cooperation with suppliers and accounting department / control of payments; Coordinate various issues with EMEA and Tokyo HQs.
THE REQUESTED SKILLS Proven experience as a marketing assistant; Good understanding of office management and marketing principles;
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines; Well-organized; Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; Strong analytics skills; Attentiveness to the details; Effective written and verbal communication skills;
