ABB is currently establishing new engineering branch in Kaliningrad. For this new project we are looking for suitable candidate to the combined role HR Business partner / Recruiter.
Job responsibilities HR business partner :
Manage processes for assigned groups of employees based on Group guidance and HR Management instructions.
Oversees implementation of all HR processes within area of responsibility, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, talent management, talent acquisition, remuneration, workforce reduction, and other processes as applicable.
Partners with other colleagues within the immediate HR network to achieve ABB’s targets through business and HR action plans.
Uses HR Services resources and provides feedback / input based on experiences into the development and / or the implementation of new or improved processes / products / services to support business strategies.
Participates in the definition of long-term business objectives and defines the local strategic HR priorities to support business strategy in alignment with Group HR policies and guidelines.
Partners with business leaders in the relevant local Division / Business Unit / Function to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes or policies.
Counsels business leadership on the most effective solutions to resolve issues and support long-term objectives.
Oversees activities regarding industrial relations and organized labor within area of responsibility.
Represents HR in the business, builds partnerships between employees, HR and Managers. Offers HR solutions and collects feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies, and adherence to Occupational Health & Safety and compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.
Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
Job responsibilities Recruiter :
Provides delivery of high-quality and professional talent acquisition services to all stakeholders
Creates individual recruitment plans and strategy in line with the hiring managers needs
Implements and integrates recruitment processes in compliance with legislation, ABB rules and ABB guidelines
Provides regular reporting and analysis on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Cooperate on job fairs, university marketing events, HR conferences and other HR marketing activities
Repsonsible for development of University co-operation and guidance to Univeristy on ABB competence requirements.

University degree and related experience of min. 3 years as a HR business partner or consultant in personal agency or as a recruiter in international engineering / production company
Advanced knowledge of high level sourcing and recruitment methods
Travel flexibility across Russia
Pro-active independent personality, drive to manage change and a solution-oriented attitude
Fluent English and Russian, other languages are an asset
