Novartis Pharma is looking for a candidate for HR generalist role.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
Supporting Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development in the implementation of Talent Management practices across the clients in coordination with HRBPs and Centers of Expertise.
Coordinating Talent Review and supporting of Performance Management processes.
Using analytical techniques to identify the most appropriate option or to improve existing approaches (utilizing Visier toolkit, approach people analytics etc.)
Implementing Human Resources policies as a generalist with businesses
On boarding and off boarding of talent
Supporting internal clients on all related questions (job evaluations, performance management, development tools, employees retention, navigation in HR processes and systems)
Conducting exit interviews as necessary with client groups
Collaborating with finance and recruiting function to track headcount and position requirements; creating hiring strategy (both internal and external) with hiring managers.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have :
University Degree (business, social or technical sciences)
3+ years of experience as HR generalist or T&D specialist or other HR field
Knowledge of HR tech and analytics concepts
Can speak fluent English (must)
Curiosity, strong stakeholder management skills
Operative in responding to line management’s needs.
